Put a link at the top of the internal changelog pages which navigates the user to the releases feed if they can't see the iframe. #47
Something like, "Can't see anything below? Click here." This will navigate to the repo for that particular edition of the app launcher so that they can update to the latest supported version for their OS. Also make sure to make a blog post on the Weebly blog that the internal pages navigate to in order to alert the user to a new version of the internal changelog pages being released. In the post, state that I'm releasing updated versions of all the internal changelog pages for the people still using them and that I recommend that everyone still using them upgrade to the latest version of the internal pages if they don't want to update their app launcher version.
