Controls newly supported in TE1.03 should only have their colors pulled from XML if the theme says it supports TE1.03 or greater. #167

As of right now, checkboxes in portablethemeengine are pulled regardless if the theme supports TE1.03. Haven't checked the built-in one, but it should be the same.

TE2.x does have this feature, but it needs to be pulled from themeproperties branch before closing this issue. Won't be backporting to TE1.x since it's kinda complicated as it turns out.

Yeah, the built-in one doesn't check for compatibility, but it might be a lot to backport, so I'm not going to do that.
