Maybe do something like

64-bit Windows with 64-bit Office, 32-bit Windows with 32-bit Office, or 32-bit Office 2013
64-bit Windows with 32-bit Office

Would be a good idea to have it default to the top option, since it seems Microsoft is moving toward mainly offering 64-bit Office and 64-bit Windows.

This was going to be different in version 4.0, but having it be like this may be a better idea so it makes more sense.

Maybe these could be something like:

Select the Program Files path used by your copy of Office:

Program Files: 64-bit Office/64-bit Windows, 32-bit Office/32-bit Windows, and 32-bit Office 2013 from Office 365
Program Files (x86): 32-bit Office/64-bit Windows Your installation of Windows is 32-bit, so only "Program Files" can and will be used.

Would be a good idea to change the titlebar text to "PF-mode" and "PF (x86)-mode" to accommodate this change, as "64-bit mode" and "32-bit mode" may be confusing to people. The tab for this in the Options window could be changed to "Drives + Paths" or something.
