The license for UXL Launcher is now the Apache License 2.0. If you want to create a fork of a GPLv3+ version, use this tag: https://github.com/DrewNaylor/UXL-Launcher/releases/tag/final-gplv3plus-version
These licensing changes also impact the PortableThemeEngineDebugger and theme-editor projects as they're in this repo and it makes licensing simpler.
