Allow the user to enable or disable logging from the Options window. #90

I'll probably have a tab titled "Logging" and have its tab after the "Advanced" tab. For now, it'll just have a checkbox that will enable or disable logging. There will also be a label telling the user about what is logged (with a link to a Wiki page) and that only some errors are logged by default (provide link on how to change this.)

Actually, I'm not going to implement logging completely. If you want to see how I did logging in my app launcher, I have a branch I won't merge or delete.
