Unofficial GUI for Microsoft's Windows Package Manager (winget). Kinda like Synaptic, but for Windows. Not associated with either Microsoft or the Synaptic project, and Microsoft does not endorse this software.
List all the package IDs (and/or maybe package names?) in a panel on the left side with a search box and button above the list, then have the main panel (where the package list usually is) display package details with a dropdown for do nothing/install/uninstall/upgrade and a button next to it for it to do that action. There probably should be a version number dropdown somewhere too. The package details area can be like Linux Mint's Software Manager, so it has the app name, package ID, description, any other details like version number (though again a version dropdown may be a good idea unless I find a way to show the latest version, which I would prefer), and screenshots like the idea I have for screenshots in regular guinget.
