For example:

File
- Refresh cache (Ctrl+R)
- (separator)
- Install package from manifest...
- (separator)
- Exit
Tools
- Sources editor...
- (separator)
- Options...

Most of the rest of the menus will be more like Synaptic, though.

Nah, the refresh cache button is under Package list, though the rest looks good. Maybe a button to start CMD in the File menu would be useful.
