Move the "List installed packages" and "Show available upgrades" menu items to the "View" menu.

Move the "List installed packages" and "Show available upgrades" menu items to the "View" menu. #76

These would then become View>Installed packages... and View>Available upgrades.... Placing them below the sidebar toggle with a separator in between would be a good idea.
