Make sure the mini-form is accessible. #96

This can be done by at least adding descriptions to the checkboxes that aren't clear by their text alone and making sure you can get back to it via keyboard. Should have the form go further up when maximized, too. There could be other things I can do, but that's what I know needs work right now.

Tab stops are probably messed up, too.

Something else I need to do is make sure the mini-form is focused if it's currently open. That should help with keyboard-only use.
