Basic interface for the tool #12

As a user I would like to be able to use the tool by passing information into it rather than change hard-coded values within the binaries.

Bare minimum command line input would include:

  1. Target data
  2. Base *.CRD file to run
  3. The .EXE to give condor to run the .CRDs on
