Do more testing on Dynamic Resolution #5

As a designer I would like to learn more about how the dynamic resolution impacts the results of the tool in order to decide whether or not to include that functionality.

Initial testing suggests that this may confuse the calculations being done in the BFGS matrix. I suspect that the BFGS matrix requires a constant slope to accurately steer.
