Update Production Branch with the code currently run at PTC #14

Merging the SPD v1 branch into Production. This will keep production up-to-date with the code currently at use at PTC. This preserves the dev branch allowing for it to be the most up-to-date stable branch.

Review of main features:

  1. Creating attendees
  2. Editing attendee information
  3. Creating ID badges with picture formatting
  4. Scanning into the system with QR codes on Attendee Badges
  5. Generating quick (1 week) and custom reports
  6. One-Click system launcher
  7. Database monthly rollover
  8. Automatic report generation
    • [x] Weekly reports generated Friday at 9:00PM local time
    • [x] Monthly reports generated on the last day of the month at 9:00PM local time
      1. Storage of attendance events in the database
      2. Storage of attendees in the database
