Download Password Protected Sets from Quizlet #264

What is the feature you want?
Ability to download password protected sets from Quizlet. As it stands now, I 
can only download sets that have been made visible to everyone.

How important is it to you?
I will be able to sleep if this feature isn't implemented. 

Do you think other people also want this feature and why?
Yes, it would be useful to any user that would prefer to keep their sets 
private on Quizlet.

I also received another request about allowing user to login the account and 
download private card sets. It is a bit complicated to implement but i will 
consider it in the later version.

This is done by today's commit and will show up in today's nightly build.
