Update AnyMemo's help #293

AnyMemo's wiki page is pretty much out-dated by 2 years now. It needs to be 
updated to reflect the latest features.

The Wiki is locked down to only registered users? Though, there is no ability 
to register. If you could enable anonymous editing or the registration page 
perhaps we could help.

The wiki is locked down to only AnyMemo team and contributers who requested 
edit permissions. 
AnyMemo's wiki was open to public registering and editing but became a 
spammer's heaven. In May 22, 2013, the spammers became more crazy, thousands of 
new articles were added every minute and eventually they took down the 
anymemo.org website because they shared server and fill up the database. 
I decided to rebuild the database and re-create the wiki at that time. The wiki 
lost  all the images and quite a few articles there.
The wiki was using reCAPTCHA and email verification for user validation but 
that's far from enough for stopping the spammers. For the newly created wiki 
site, I closed the public registration.
If anyone want to edit the page, please email me and I will create account for 
it.

For this issue, I need to find some time to create an exhaustive and updated 
articles to all the features that AnyMemo support. It is just not a fun task to 
do :(

I spend a day upgrading the wiki to the latest version and clean up the db for 
remaining spams. I also created a skeleton main page. If anyone want to help 
with the articles, please email me and I will create an account.
