Create multiple new cards on the device easily #301

Currently if user want to create more than one new cards on the device, he/she 
need:
1. Press "New"
2. Enter content
3. Press "Save
4. Repeat from step 1.

It would be a better if there is a way for user to create multiple new cards in 
less steps.

One possible solution is always create new card if the user save a new card. 
The scenario is:
1. User in Preview/edit
2. User click "New" to create a new card
3. User enters content and click "Save" action bar to save.
4. User will be in another new card creation screen with empty content
5. User enters content and click save, repeat from step 4.
6. User press "back" button, AnyMemo goes back to preview/edit screen.

The bad thing about this scenario is it breaks the current user experience.
