[Feature] Add more features for skinning #158

I was wondering if it's possible to make skinning way more advanced similar how StepMania would do. Such as ability to clip bottomFill into the playfield add animation transition for choosing song, finish a song, and exit the result screen, Track Clear/Failed animation, etc.

This may be good for skinning community who likes to make their own theme in such an amazing way. Even if that means spending more times to scripting the game for sake of it.

I'm not sure what you mean by "clip into the playfield" but transition screens are planned already.

Ah, I see. Well, can't wait for that. Also, about that word, I actually mean make the bottomFill load full the texture on portrait mode. It makes the playfield look way above the empty space if there's transparency on the fill_bottom.png. Also, I think the playfield looks way too high than it supposed to be in portrait mode. (Just to mind you that my English wasn't perfect.)
