remove locale as option #249

It would be helpful to even remove content, like /usr/share/locale/ and only keep some common languages. Frees up several hundred of megabytes.

Why don't you just uninstall all the languages you're not interested in?

This type of cleanup is outside the scope of the project and would be best done in an external helper script
