As an operator of the Drey Actuary client, I need to be able to adhere to the voting protocol mechanisms as described in the Gitbook here: https://drey-finance.gitbook.io/drey-finance/operations
An investigation needs to happen to see if inscriptions/ordinals tech is at the capability required in order to make real the voting protocol described on the Gitbook.
