dead keys not working on QWERTY\QWE-VK_ANS #70

the right alt doesn't switch to dead keys

Nor should it. A VK layout only does key remapping. That is, you get exactly what your OS layout does for each key (but you get to move them around).

If you want dead keys from EPKL, either run an eD type layout (which, for the time being, don't work quite as well with games I'm afraid) or install an OS layout that has dead keys. There's one in the Other\MSKLC folder, for the Windows MSKLC program, with installers included in zipped archives.
