Made shell scripts executable #28

Changed permissions of setxkb.sh and install-dreymar-xmod.sh from 644 to 755 to be able to run them via ./<script name>without first executing chmod +x <script name>.

Edit: Changed permissions of the scripts in dreymar-xtools

Thanks! I wasn't aware. Hope it doesn't change with my editing henceforth, as I often use NotePad++ on Windows to edit repo files.
