What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
just a wish for deletion option in the settings.

What version of VLC are you using?
2.1.2

What version of Android are you using?
4.3

Which Android device are you using?
Samsung Galaxy S3 

If not agreed by the development, can be deleted at ease.
