Cannot remove VLC Servers #236

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add VLC Server
2. Try to figure out how to remove it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. Add VLC Server
2. Have some option to remove it

What version of VLC Remote are you using?
0.5.7

What version of VLC are you using?
2.1.5 

What version of Android are you using?
4.4.4

Which Android device are you using?
Galaxy S5

Please provide any additional information below.
I tried to add my computer name for VLC server... I couldn't get it to work, so 
I decided to change my PC to a fixed IP so I added that as well, and that works 
great, but I can't remove the other attempts from the list now.
