[Suggestion] User Statistics but you can select between trials, staff, and both. #81

Basically it's like Filter by Submission Level in https://fpfss.unstable.life/web/submissions, but for user statistics. (https://fpfss.unstable.life/web/user-statistics)

added a role column, you can sort by that
