Improve annotation messages. #6

Always include the full_description as a title and show the reason for pending/skipped specs.

Also added another step to the e2e job running in a subdirectory.

@reitermarkus Ok, I think this is a good improvement. The annotations are indeed better readable. If you give me an all green I will merge and release.
