Make sure underscores are used consistently in method and variable names.

Since I haven't stated it before, here's how I've been doing underscores in method and variable names:

• method: public
• _method: non-public (Other parts of the engine need to access it, but it would generally be a bad idea for the user to use this method.)
• __method: private (This cannot be used outside of its own instance, because it never needs to or should be.)
