Release an .app bundle for macOS #134

For now, we can release a folder that contains an .app bundle, a config file, and the data folder.

I am doing some work on this item and have been successful in packaging SDL2 and the Python libraries (PySDL2, jsonschema, ubjson) inside a single macOS bundle.

But am having a bit of trouble packaging an entire Python 3.6 installation inside the bundle. Maybe I will clean up what I have and we can just say that Mac users need to install Python 3.6 to run.
