[Minor issue - Suggestion] Adding config options to disable the oregen of more ores #167

What is happening In the newest versions of NTM for 1.12, there were added some new oreGen structures, like the Depth Rocks and the Schist rocks (although this one is actually old) but there were not added config options to disable nor the structures themselves nor their ores

Proposed idea Adding more config options to control the oreGen of the new ores (Schist and Depth Rocks variants)
