Backups Between Profiles #1180

I use two Firefox profiles, one for work and personal related browsing. I like to use the tabbing in both. However, due to the download path being the same in both, the backups from one get overwritten from the other.

If possible, are there steps to include the Firefox profile name as a part of the backups folder name?

I know I could set sub-folders in the downloads folder for downloads in each profile but I have some other plugins that need the Firefox downloads folder to remain as is, though it is possible (albeit tedious) to change the file paths.

I found a workaround.

Open the extension settings : "Manage groups" > click on the top right gear icon > click "Backup your Simple Tab Groups"

Change the folder name to "personal-STG-backups" or something.

That way, each backup is written to a different folder.
