stopRangingBeaconsInRegion does not stop scanning #3

Probably is related to a bug in the native Kontakt.io SDK in which the stopScanning callback is not triggered. Will be fixed by them in a new version of the SDK on Mar 7 2017 which will be integrated into the new version of this module.

Scanning does stop with newest version of SDK. Works from version 1.0.0
