Image uploads on parts run. #191

Figure out best way to handle it.

Single image as a thumbnail? Or remove the functionality and let them self host the images. Thats what tends to happen on the forum, and the editor is wysiwyg so they can easily include images there. Saves us storing them.

I would say all parts runs needs at least 1 image that we store and process. Further images should be linked elsewhere. Simply googling "Free Image Hosting" brings up a number of results, the users can also upload the images to astromech or self host somewhere. We can set requirements on the image upload to ensure it's as close to an ideal image as possible and reject the terrible camera phone quality images that will cause issues.
