Document the process for part runs.

Find BC Rep Rep creates initial run Runner edits and sets to status

Definition of statuses: Initial, Gathering interest, active, inactive

Payment options

Field definitions

Workflow: Gathering_interest -> active -> open for all -> paid -> shipped

Quantity of 0 means continuous run.

I will reivew this document at the weekend, add/ update anything new. I'll also grab some screenshots of the process and add them in for visual representation.
