Modal styling #198

Using some modal boxes, and they need some serious styling.

As admin, go to Events->view (any)->link contact

Bathe in the glorious crapness of the styling.

Added a modals.css, it was mainly the background that needed sorting, was defaulting to white and not taking the base colour. All works now.
