Upload CSV file to generate the checklist.
Options to Update/ Remove & ReUpload.
Updating the checklist should only add files in that are not already there. Other files should be untouched and any progress should be kept the same.
Removing the checklist and reupload should remove all user progress. with confirmation of removing
