How do you think this should be implemented? I mean where should this be available or where should I place the UI for this?

My suggestion would be in Categories List.

Personally, I would like to see it placed either as a

As a side note, will the feature be able to filter apps in all the three tabs/categories: Available, Installed and Updates?

The "Other anti-features" is where they hide the censorship of apps. Droid-ify not having that is a great feature in itself. Yes it is the better app, but censorship is a showstopper.

I suppose having it in the triple-dot menu next to the search works. Then it applies to all views. Don't know how to make it apparent that it is active though. Some sort of graying-out effect?

Or maybe results based on how many anti-features there are, in increasing severity? (where they are mentioned in the list) No "Other anti-features" though.
