Android 15 added the new feature to be able to archive apps, Google's proprietary Play Store already supports it and F-Droid is adding app archiving and unarchiving in their next release.

Describe the solution you'd like There's lots of info in the F-Droid Gitlab pull request and on the Android Developers website

If archiving is supported the button will become enabled
