In order to use DaggerApplication instead of MultiDexApplication, I created attachBaseContext() and did MultiDex.install().
DaggerFragment instead of Fragment.
Use DaggerApplication.
Remove *AppInjector and Injectable.
Use AndroidInjectionModule.
Remove all DispatchingAndroidInjector<*> injection.

I don't like DaggerFragment. But I lost to the strength of dagger-android-support. LGTM 🥇
