Include tasty updates in Gradle 5.1 to make the build more friendly with Kotlin DSL and faster.

I used Gradle 4.7 for https://github.com/DroidKaigi/conference-app-2019/pull/81 👀 If you can update with import Klock classes in Session.kt. Please do it 🙏

Currently, the stable version of the Android Gradle Plugin is not supported Gradle 5.1.
