@govsux apm-plane gives the altitude above sea level, and that's the reason it's so high.

The 400ft. warning should trigger at 400ft above ground, not sea. So I see an issue there.
I see the issue with it telling me the above sea level #. I'm pretty good with math but would rather not have to calculate how high my plane is off the ground whilst Im flying :o The baro reseting to zero on start would sure seem to make more sense for the overwhelming majority of flyers. IMHO

apm-plane only. After pixhawk boots up it shows zero for just a split second then displays a number between 150-300m. It gives a warning about being above 400 feet.
