Can't Import .dpwp files in Tower: Error when opening file #1685

Simply put,

I can't open older .dpwp mission files in Tower android. Despite an update or two since Solo's introduction on 3DR Services and Tower itself, I can't pinpoint the problem.

@elr777 .dpwp files are being deprecated and replaced with .txt mission files similar to the ones used by mission planner.
