When a spline survey is traced in flight by my Quad (Solo 3DR), it tends to overshoot the first waypoint (Waypoint #2). If I move this waypoint#2 closer to me to compensate for the overshoot, the camera trigger waypoint (hidden from view) is not in flight path and hence, not activated.
I now use the normal survey method in Tower. For a quad like the Solo, it is better than the spline survey method. The flight path is perfect and no problems with the camera trigger being missed.
