RTSP video stream #1869

It would be nice to be able to use a RTSP video stream in the app as can be in QGroundControl.

My use case - Video RX connected to an Axis M7011 network video encoder, pulling the video feed into the app.

This is available in QGroundControl across all platforms (except iOS).

RTSP should also allow video with the Sky Viper V2450GPS which would be very nice to have for android users.
