Boundary-Based Terrain Following #1894

Tracks the altitude of the boundary of an orchard, and sets waypoints at heights above the lines joining the orchard polygon edges. Pre-adjusts appropriately for higher or lower subsequent boundaries which are to be flown, and returns to home at the height of the highest waypoint in the whole flight.
