ListPermissions with no parms #13

Docs example for RemovePermission Doesn't show any Permissions in the spinner In JS and Python (example for ListPermissions for "storage" is OK) It looks like ListPermissions with no parms returns empty string Android 14 DS 2.69.11

Not sure if doc is accurately describing functionality which might be broke, or if doc is inaccurately describing correct functionality. If the doc is incorrect this will be moved to Docs for correction there. Otherwise, leaving here as possible core issue.
