[Enhancement] If App list renamed then also rename on Home screen if added later.

Bug description

I rename an app, but when dded to the home screen, it shows the original name.

Steps to reproduce the bug

Open app drawer
Long-click app name
Type and save new name
Go to home screen
Long click a home screen item
Select renamed app
Home screen now has the selected app, but with the original name

Expected behavior

Open app drawer
Long-click app name
Type and save new name
Go to home screen
Long click a home screen item
Select renamed app
Home screen now has the selected app, with the "renamed" name

ya this is a feature not a bug I may have to make it a feature that can be toggled as I don't like them synced but some people seem like they so I maybe should make them sync if toggled to do so.

@bblackmoor keep in mind they only sync when you first add them to the home screen they will use the name from the app list but if you rename it after that then it doesn't keep the same name
