[Bug Report] Long-Press and Normal Swipes both trigger

Bug description

When swiping, both Long-Press swipes and normal Swipes trigger at the same time.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Set Swipe Up to App List
2. Set Long Press Swipe Up to App List
3. Swiping up now pulls up the app list twice

Expected behavior

Swiping and long press swiping should not trigger at the same time. Maybe add an option to change what length constitutes a long press?
