[Enhancement] Show work icon on launcher like in the app drawer

Feature description

If you have a work profile configured on Android, the works apps are distinguished by a briefcase emoji 💼 in the app drawer. This is very helpful to find your work calendar vs your personal calendar. When you add a work app to the launcher, this emoji character is no longer present so you cannot distinguish apps with the same names.

It would be helpful to also show the briefcase icon (or some other indicator) that the app linked in the launcher is an app from the work profile.
