Proposed Changes
make the splash screen images honor constraints so they resize correctly and don't overlap
remove the appbar elevation so the appbar and tabs appear at the same elevation with now shadow seam
Move tweet icon before text and move action to the text itself so the icon/action are always available even on small screens
Update size/constraints for navheader image so it appears more padded and centered
