PCB Substrate #12

If anyone has a bit of time and patience for digging:

I need info on the PCB substrate and metal from OSHPark (the purple stuff).

Things I really need to know if at all possible:

If you can find complex permittivity over some specified frequencies (wishful thinking) that would be best and I can extract the loss tangent from it.

Post info here or email me if anyone gets to this, thanks!

I can do some digging later on tonight, I'll try to get everything tonight

No luck finding the info directly, I logged a support ticket to get the information from them.

See the datasheet (in datasheet folder) labeled FR-4 OSHPARK for additional info. http://support.oshpark.com/support/solutions/articles/136707-2-layer-board

The 2 layer board uses a IS-410 compatible FR4 high temperature substrate, with a dialectric constant of 4.6 at 1MHz. This substrate is compatible with a lead-free process. The boards are .063 inches (1.6mm) thick, with 1oz (35um) copper on both sides.

The formal board stackup is
1mil solder resist (+/-0.2mil) 1.4mil copper 60mil FR4 substrate (+/-10%) 1.4 mil copper 1 mil solder resist (+/- 0.2mil)

I also left an information request with myro pcb. This manufacturer is a lot more reliable than OSHPARK and can get boards here in ~5 days if needed. Myro uses thicker copper, higher tolerances on layout. They will also be way cheaper if we pannelize the boards for quantity.

Design was simulated and completed using info here and on the datasheet provided. Hopefully their specs are close to accurate.
