SyntaxError: Non-UTF-8 code starting with '\xd0' #1

Hi,

after an update my level just got zeroed and i wanted to restore some progress. I tried it with windows and linux, but something is wrong.

SyntaxError: Non-UTF-8 code starting with '\xd0' in file /home/pi/flipper/FlipperScripts/dolphin.state on line 1, but no encoding declared; see http://python.org/dev/peps/pep-0263/ for details

If you need more informations, please let me know.
