Following functionality is expected:

user able to set up alarm;
user able to cancel pending alarm;
user able to choose playback type for alarm (random song each time, selected playlist); -- it would be ideal to have capability to turn song shuffling on/off;
weekly scheduling?

Note: probably I need to check fragment's based solution to reduce overhead with android TV UI

Done. Weekly scheduling is out of scope for this issue. To be resolved in another issue.
